Our vision is to be an innovative Whole of Life asset manager that can deliver complex projects across any stage of our client’s value chain. We are committed to delivering added value to our customers operations by identifying and anticipating their needs and expectations.In order to achieve this objective, it is our policy to implement an effective,planned and continually improved quality management system, which is inclusive of all key business systems and processes supporting the implementation of the strategy of the Organisation. The quality management system will ensure
compliance with the relevant quality management standards and other
standards, statutory and regulatory requirements, as relevant to the Organisation.
The quality management system will focus on continuous improvement in
products, systems, practices, techniques and the overall working environment and on providing an effective framework for the achievement of quality objectives.Our Quality Policy extends to our suppliers in developing relationships which are based on prevention, continuous improvement in product and service and effective communication. The Quality Management System of the Company is based on the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 and will draw references from other industry specific standards and customer specific standards and requirements. The system is defined in the Integrated Management System Manual, Standard Practice Procedures and supporting Work Instructions.
The Management shall ensure that this Quality Policy and policy objectives are communicated and understood within the organisation, and provide all employees with adequate resources and training to accomplish our quality objectives. All employees are responsible for implementing the requirements in their areas of responsibility, and for embracing the culture of continuous quality improvement.
