We are committed to delivering added value to our customers operations by identifying and anticipating their needs and expectations.In order to achieve this objective, it is our policy to implement an effective,planned and continually improved quality management system, which is inclusive of all key business systems and processes supporting the implementation of the strategy of the Organisation. The quality management system will ensure
compliance with the relevant quality management standards and other
standards, statutory and regulatory requirements, as relevant to the Organisation.

The quality management system will focus on continuous improvement in
products, systems, practices, techniques and the overall working environment and on providing an effective framework for the achievement of quality objectives.Our Quality Policy extends to our suppliers in developing relationships which are based on prevention, continuous improvement in product and service and effective communication. The Quality Management System of the Company is based on the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 and will draw references from other industry specific standards and customer specific standards and requirements. The system is defined in the Integrated Management System Manual, Standard Practice Procedures and supporting Work Instructions.

The Management shall ensure that this Quality Policy and policy objectives are communicated and understood within the organisation, and provide all employees with adequate resources and training to accomplish our quality objectives. All employees are responsible for implementing the requirements in their areas of responsibility, and for embracing the culture of continuous quality improvement.

To qualify for employment within Aaction Traffic, applicants must be experienced and certified at level 2 or above with The Department of Transport and Main Roads.

We are certified to the highest standards by JAS-ANZ in both the AS/NZS ISO 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. Aaction Traffic are very pleased to announce that earlier this week they received Registration from the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads Traffic Management Registration Scheme. Aaction Traffic were one of the first Traffic Management companies to receive pre-qualification back in 2010.

Aaction Traffic is pleased to announce that they were recently awarded the Traffic Management Contract for Hutchinson Builders 99 Mary Street Project in Brisbane. The Project commences in October 2011 and is expected to continue on into 2013. Aaction Traffic will provide a complete Traffic Project Management System.

Aaction Traffic is pleased to announce they have been awarded the Traffic Management Contract for Laing O’Rourke’s McLachlan and Ann (M&A) Project in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Works commence in July 2011 and is expected to continue on through to 2013. Aaction Traffic will provide a complete Traffic Project Management System. The M&A site covers approximately 6,500m2 and will include a 22-level residential tower with 234 apartments, a mixed use 4-level building and a 12-level commercial building which will be utilised as Laing O'Rourke's new regional head office.
